I've learned so much about the need for fast in-home workouts, easy & healthy meals for the entire family and nutritional needs while pregnant, breastfeeding & beyond! I'd love to help make this amazing time in your life a little less hectic and a lot healthier!

Nutrition and exercise are two very important components in getting pregnant, growing a healthy baby & raising a fit family! Check out the packages below and get started on your healthy journey now!

PRE-HEATING (trying to get pregnant)

This can be a very stressful, emotional time as many women struggle to get pregnant and carry out a healthy pregnancy. It took my husband and I three years to finally be blessed with our baby boy. A change in diet & exercise can often be the solution! Before getting pregnant is the best time to start getting real about your health!

~ Evaluation $150
We meet online or on the phone to discuss your current situation. I'll review your food and exercise journal, give feedback and create a new, healthier diet and fitness plan for you to follow.

Monthly Updates $100
After the evaluation, you may want to continue refreshing your plan due to your needs and your journey. Each month, we will do an additional check-in and mix up your plans.

BUN IN THE OVEN

This is such a joyful time… knowing you will soon have a sweet baby in your arms, but it's also scary. I was worried about everything I ate and the exercises that I did, I surely didn't want to mess anything up. Don't let fear stop you from being fit! You can & should still workout and you NEED to eat right! Grow your little baby the healthy way!

*This rate will be pro-rated if you are further along in your pregnancy.

BABY BLISS

Yay! You are a mommy! This is the best gift ever!! Taking care of yourself is going to be more difficult now that you have another precious person to care for, but if you don't make yourself a priority, your entire family WILL struggle. I'll help you by teaching you easy & healthy family recipes, at home workouts, baby feeding tips and baby recipes, too!
