Welcome

Welcome to my new blog, tailored toward mamas and their babies. Here you'll find easy workouts that you can do while baby naps, healthy family meals, baby food recipes,  at-home beauty treatments , inspirations and more!

Juggling kids, a husband, housework, out of home work, etc... can be exhausting, leaving little time for exercise, healthy cooking and pampering... wait, what's pampering?!?! Haha!

In my 9 months as a mom, I've found some great tricks to staying fit and squeeze in a little bit of beauty time. I hope you'll find this all helpful!

I've been a certified personal trainer for 12 years and I'm certified in prenatal and postpartum health & nutrition. I'd be happy to help you have a healthy journey into motherhood, whether it's your first trip or your tenth ;-) A healthy mommy is essential for a healthy family!
